The APMP aims to foster the philosophy of mathematical practice, that is, a broad outward-looking cluster of approaches to understanding mathematics.  Relevant themes include issues in the epistemology of mathematics, history of mathematics, applications of mathematics, mathematical education, and cognitive science.

Call for papers:

A title and abstract (max. 600 words) should be submitted here for anonymous review by December 15, 2023. The meeting will be mainly in person, but presenters who can only participate online will be able to indicate it at the time of the submission. Notification of acceptance will be sent out by mid-March 2024.
